The black kite (Milvus migrans)
Yes, unfortunately the photo turned out not very high quality, but alas, the birds can not be persuaded to change the angle and posture. I have to take picture as is.
The main habitat of kites in my city is a big river outside the city. They are there the largest quantities. Other kites in smaller quantities live in forests and even courtyards.
On the river they catch fish. After seeing the prey, they are rapidly falling down and pulling the fish straight out of the water!
By the way, note that in the photos a kite in its paws holds a freshly caught fish.
