Ingredients for dough 12 tarts:
500g flour
4 lg of sugar
A pinch of salt
250 g butter cut cubes, from the refrigerator
2 egg yolks
100 ml of cold water
Preparation: Put the flour, sugar, salt powder in a bowl and mix them. Add the butter from the refrigerator (82% fat) and mix with the hands until we get a composition like breadcrumbs.

500 ml of milk
40 g butter
Preparation: Put in a bowl: flour, egg yolks, seeds from the vanilla paste and mix them with your lungs.
Then add the milk a little while stirring continuously with the goal until all the milk is poured.
