SpringRole is a verification service that hopes to become the home of transparent networking. SpringRole wants to be the service used to get access to an authentic history of a person's professional life. The goal of this project is to bring transparency to a person's professional success claims.

A SpringRole account holder builds a public profile that displays the user's educational background, work experience, successful projects, and key skills. Each feature of the profile can be verified by the proper authority. Educational background will be verified by the institute where the user studied, work experience will be verified by the employer, projects will be verified by the client, and skills will be endorsed by experts. All the verifications are stored on the blockchain and are publicly visible.

Those who verify a person's profile claims receive SPRING tokens and the experts who endorse a person's skills get money when the person is employed. SpringRole is a product for the employment market. SpringRole decentralizes the process of authentication as attestation agencies would no longer be needed. It also allows users to place their information in an accessible platform and those with the authority to verify the information can do so directly and easily.

Use Cases

Employment agencies help people find jobs, but people tend to give exaggerated profiles that make the work difficult for the agency. SpringRole can be used by employment agencies to verify the profiles provided by their customers. SpringRole will let employment agencies match jobs with fitting candidates while being certain that the match is accurate because the customer’s won’t be able to exaggerate their work experienes or skillset.

Recruiters hired by companies would have an easier time searching for qualified candidates because they will not have to spend time on verifying each candidate’s profile. Since profiles will be verified, the recruiters will have an easy time finding the qualified person.

A company’s own HR will be able to use SpringRole to shortlist candidates with the confidence that the shortlisted candidate is properly qualified.
