Mark Karpeles Fails to Halt US Court Case Over Mt Gox Losses

Earlier this week Mark Karpeles the former CEO of the bankrupt bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox, filed a motion to stay in a U.S. court case brought against him by former investors.

Following the judge’s denial, a status hearing will now be held on May 1st.
