The New York Assembly Crypto Research Team

The New York Assembly creates a special group of cryptographies that will investigate the situation around cryptoscopes and blocking technology.

New York State has chosen a rather innovative approach to the issue of cryptocurrency and blockchain. The city government has so far declared that they want to be leaders in the Blockchein space.

As stated in the New York Assembly's announcement, they are expected from a special group on the following topics:

The results of the regulatory regulations set out by the Department of Financial Services in the development and implementation of cryptoscopes and blocking technology in New York.

The approximate number of cryptawats in New York and their share of the common market.

The number of functional online exchanges in New York State and their volume on the background of the common market.

The use of cryptocurrencies in taxes at the state.

The types of businesses that invest the most in digital currency.

Energy consumption required for cryptomelling and its share in total energy consumption.

Transparency of digital currencies and existing manipulations.

Regulations on digital currency used by other states and federal governments.

Regulatory and executive recommendations, if there is a need to increase transparency and security, protect the rights of users.

Responding from the group and waiting for a lengthy report no later than December 15, 2019. It is anticipated that the cryptosystem will be substantially changed, so that preliminary forecasts are inadequate.
