Coinbase Launched A New Earn Promotion - This Time For BAT
One sign the market is starting to recover is that big players are finally starting to move, waking up from the numbness of the crypto winter. After announcing support for Bitcoin in their Coinbase Wallet app a couple a days ago, Coinbase "hits" again, this time announcing a new educational series about BAT, Basic Attention Token.
This is the second installment in what seems to become a regular thing for Coinbase, after the one dedicated to 0x, almost a month ago. Dubbed "Coinbase Earn", this program teaches you basic information about various crypto tokens and rewards you for that with a small amount in that specific token. For this series you can get as much as $10 in BAT (which is an ERC11 token).
The Coinbase Earn project started after Balaji Shrinavasian, the founder and CEO of earn.com, a site where you can get rewarded in crypto for executing micro-tasks (sorta like Amazon Mechanical Turks), joined Coinbase a few months ago.
Teaching people about crypto is definitely a much thorough approach in generating mass adoption than just relying on "when Moon?" and "when Lambo?" positions. The latter position was way too common, in my humble opinion, during the last bull run.

I'm really loving Earn right now. If you haven't signed up you should (assuming you already have since you're sharing this).
I'm earned my 0x tokens and then $2 worth of Bitcoin for taking part in a small sign up process for a new crypto project. You're not going to get rich, but it's nice to accumulate any crypto you can during the bear market especially those in the top 100.
Yeap, I've completed the 0x education challenge too. Also a big fan of earn.com, since the times it was called 21.co.
I just heard about it when they announced the 0x education challenge during the 12 days of Coinbase during December.
