So the ideia was to capitalized the banks by assaulting the medium class throw the state, who supported the not producing part of society affected by it, and years of financial and political corruption done by the "elite" of inefective state governance.
It became so bad that to try to "inflate a dead economy" after a massive theft, and destruction of capital the central banks started to operate with negative interest rate (means that private banks have interest from having needed money... And the time bomb starts tiking....
Because banks just putted that money into the stock markets, wich had a massive rise, all that pump was made by printing money and having inverted interests policy...
Wich means central banks have depleted a lot of real actual capital reserves in relation to the monetary policy so that private banks could buy stock in expectation of PIB growth...
Well in reality Worldwide PIB is not very strong (if we can call it growth..) in relation to the expectacions of stockmarket...Meaning there is a bubble...
