About NPER Project.
NPER is a project that allows content creators to take legitimate rights by breaking down the unusual industrial structure that removes the legitimate rights of the creators. Establish a chain-chain main network to revolutionize the IP industry, (intellectual property) and create new possibilities.

NPER Platform.
All IP sales on the decentralized NPER platform will take place through smart contracts. This smart contract will ensure that the terms of purchase and usage rights are enshrined in an agreement that can not be altered after the fact or damaged by anyone. The core of the platform will involve NPER tokens.
All transactions between buyers and sellers will require a NPER token for Smart Contract execution. The Token NPER utility does not end there. As seen in the graph above, the core part of NPER tokenomics will involve the NPER community.
In essence, NPER token holders will choose which IP they believe the NPER community should collectively purchase copyright, either permanently or on a "lease" agreement. Depending on the number of votes, a certain percentage of IP ownership may be purchased and given to the community. When a royalty payment goes for a communal community IP, an equivalent prize will be shared with the NKE token holders who participated in the voting. So in essence,
In addition to the above, NPER token holders will receive 30% of the platform network fees. The cost of the payment network is very small (0.0025%) involving block / hash verification.
The NPER platform will take a very small commission on all transactions involving only 1% NPER tokens. IP buyers and sellers will be able to conduct direct transactions via the NPER platform, in addition to other things.

Purchase of ICO and Token.
- The exchange rate is set at 1 ETH per 5,000 NPER.
- Hardcap is set at 10,000 ETH.

There is a pre-sale 10% token that offers a small 15% bonus, with no bonus offered in the main sale. Now, I must say that it is an absolute pleasure to see ICO with pre-sale offerings such as small bonuses.
So many of the projects I reviewed have huge bonuses for pre-ICO investors who then throw their tokens on the market below the ICO price immediately after ICO, hurting all ICO investors. I am very critical of this practice, especially in the BitCoinTalk forum.
It is good to see that the NPER team also "gets it" by offering only very small bonuses to these pre-sale investors. This makes ICO very attractive and fair to my eyes, and reflects well on the whole project. This indicates that the NPER team is interested in ensuring maximum tokens.
Token distribution also seems somewhat plausible. 20% is provided to the founders. While a relatively high professional ICO usually requires 20-30% for the founding team to encourage project development, so this is not a big deal. It's good to see that 40% will be held by the NPER platform itself for market development and other things.
