Bitcoin Transactions Per Day Are Back at January 2018 Levels

According to recent data, the daily transaction volume on the Bitcoin network has increased to levels not reached since January 2018, near the peak price of BTC. Many in the crypto space point to this as a sign of evolution in the top cryptos fundamentals and, simply put, “the ecosystem is improving and growing.” According to one researcher, “A variety of improvements in block propagation have been implemented by Bitcoin Core over the past couple years and as nodes are upgrading, they appear to be having an effect. There’s also a new highly performant miner relay network.”
