I don't think it is possible for you to send a BTC transaction without internet connection because most of these transactions are usually done and executed online. There must be surely the need of strong internet connection to enable you perform your transaction.

Who knows maybe there maybe technological advancement and development on the blockchain system whereby we may not make use of internet to transact such that we can make transfer from our mobile device using some transfer codes just like we operate when transferring money from our mobile device to other banks. It's just that there must be an agreement between the blockchain technologists and the network or service providers.

I actually love the idea of transacting online with the use of internet and I believe it is the best method so far to engage in online crypto transactions because you are able to generate proof of transaction you make and it is very safe and secure.

In conclusion, it is not possible to engage in crypto transactions without make making use of the internet because most of the data are stored online just like you will also need internet when you send money to different people when making use of your mobile bank Application or ATM.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.
