Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.
Bollinger Bands show we are right at the moving average ($3,640). High ranges at $3,665 and low ranges at $3,610.
Stochastic RSI indicates overbought conditions (84).
MACD shows we are below the Zero Line and the histogram is positive but tapering down.
Price Targets:
Entry $3,300- $3,700
Exit $3,800- $4,100
The market had a huge shake-out this week as the total market cap shed more than 10% in two days alongside Bitcoin's drop. Alt-coins saw magnified losses again which is to be expected on red days.
A slight increase in BTC dominance also indicates a move from alts back into BTC as the market contracts.
Increased pressure on international stock markets should push buyer demand back up over the next several months but it will be a slow diffusion of capital back into this space.
