Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are below the moving average which is around $8,785 right now. High ranges at $9,120 and low ranges at $8,450.

Stochastic RSI indicates that we are slightly overbought (77).

MACD shows we are below the Zero Line and the histogram is tapering down. Watch for the blue line to fully cross over.

Price Targets:

Entry $7,950- $8,500

Exit $8,950- $9,995

The past several days have been pretty rough for the Bitcoin markets but they have shown their resilience quite nicely. The same old song and dance of the media outlets badmouthing Bitcoin and quoting some Billionaire (usually misinformed) that is trying to protect their fiat currency.

This combined with the Upbit exchange fiasco has caused a significant correction in prices.

The remaining MtGox funds that were recovered are also slowly being sold off in chunks and fears about this have caused a slight drop in prices as well. We should see a nice re-test of the support zones laid out over the past month and that will present several buying opportunities :-D
