A team of private detectives from different countries investigates the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto

in #bitcoin6 years ago

Bitcoin enthusiasts from the international community group #FindSatoshi have just launched a fundraising campaign to find the anonymous individual behind Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto . A European platform called Boomstarter supports the research effort to raise $ 236,000 for this purpose.

Who is the creator of Bitcoin (BTC)?

Deposited by German Neff, a resident Estonian citizen of Tallinn, the application aims to find Satoshi Nakamoto with the best detectives of international agencies like Goro Kayama (Japan), New York Intelligence Agency, Inc.. (United States), Private Detective London (United Kingdom) and Osobka (Russia) . To find the creator of Bitcoin, the organizers managed to raise $ 45,000 in the space of three days.

Determined to reveal Satoshi's identity, Bitcoin's strong supporters believe that society has the right to know who can crush the crypto-market overnight and if it is a global fraud .

From the description of the campaign:

"We cryptocurrency fans who faithfully believe in the ideals of digital currency. We wanted to know who owns more than a million chips in his digital wallet. There is simply too much risk for a new economic paradigm. And if Satoshi does not want advertisements, we have to declassify it ourselves. "
The agencies involved will report publicly on their activities every three days through the social media news section.

Multiple possibilities

If the person in question was "just a man who is afraid of exposing himself to the general public" then the investigators pledge to respect his decision to stay in the shadows. But the assumptions are numerous, further intriguing the Bitcoin community.

"We have to find Satoshi. And it's not an insignificant curiosity. Today, the market balance is fragile. For cryptocurrency to develop later, it is enough to know who created it and why. Was he a true enthusiast who gave the world an independent currency, was it a group of people pursuing scientific objectives or, for example, a purely selfish goal? Maybe Bitcoin is the development of a big company or a computer giant? Has Bitcoin been developed by the state, created to control all transactions? There are many hypotheses as to who might be behind this, but none of the versions have been confirmed, "reads the #Findsatoshi statement.
Theories about the identity of this highly valued personality within the virtual currency industry relate to a resident of Japan in the first place. However, Satoshi is fluent in English and Japanese documentation is very rare.

Dorian Nakamoto was named as the creator of Bitcoin because of his identical name to the pseudonym . He is an engineer but has no idea what a BTC is.

Later Nick Szabo, the founder of Bitcoin Gold - considered by some as a forerunner of Bitcoin - has also been investigated. However, he denied being behind the virtual currency.

Hal Finney Another crypto-currency enthusiast and the first individual to use and collaborate on Satoshi's Bitcoin software has been suspected. However, he disclosed to the general public his correspondence by email with Satoshi, exculpating all doubts about him.

Finally, Australian computer scientist Craig Wight, himself declared to be the creator of Bitcoin on his blog. But he could not provide more evidence about his true identity. Members of the Bitcoin community quickly discredited him.

As for the idea that Bitcoin was created by intelligence agencies, it would simply be a plot fueled by government incentives to receive cryptocurrency projects.
