BTC set to upgrade to Taproot in November, here's some info

In case you missed it this morning, the Taproot Upgrade looks to have enough support to officially go live by roughly November of this year.

The upgrade will make transactions cheaper and add more privacy to bitcoin.

It's a soft-fork upgrade meaning that people can voluntarily accept it or not.

Most seem to be pretty happy about the upgrade.

As someone who fears the authorities don't like to see anonymous transactions, it will be interesting to see where this goes.
