It's just one exchange that has a higher cost with very little volume that's bringing up the Steem average from 36c to 39c on CMC. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/steem/#markets
I can understand you're getting paid too little in post rewards to go the extra step to confirm, though.

Because they recently added on kucoin exchange with their almost nothing trading fee discount if you will list XRP here with some promotion like that, it will be a a good thing because as we all know XRP has the second largest volume in crypto market.
