Personally it makes me feel uneasy, but thats simply because of my hatred towards global financial powers like Goldman Sachs...on the other hand I know for some people it gives cryptocurrency a better reputation and may lead someone who was once a critic, to start investing. People from the later generations, unfortunately need something with "credibility" to deem cryptos as a safe asset to own. The demographics will change over time however, and these sort of people will be harder to find.

Winner winner chicken dinner!!!!

yesssirrrr thank you!

Goldman Sachs is the fifth-largest bank in the US by total assets ($916 B), if he comes into the crypto space, double of that amount will flood into the market. double because all those who believe in him plus his friends would probably move in.

but let's work with about half of that 900 billion: 900 billion invested into bitcoin will shoot bitcoin to about $60k.

let's also assume his influence could only bring $100 billion, then that would make the price of BTC move to $20k.

well, I am just assuming he moves into bitcoin though, bitcoin is not fav coin.

in the end, most of these big guys will come to crypto, facebook guy is already making a big move.

some of these old rich guys are too old to see the future sometimes

Jon Matonis, a co-founder of Bitcoin Foundation and executive at VISA, stated that the entrance of major banks and financial institutions like Goldman Sachs will lead to an increase in the liquidity of bitcoin, and ultimately, the bitcoin price. This is well said by Jon Matonis, this is big investment , big money as you’ve described it.

“I think it’s fabulous that they’re getting into it because it brings in new liquidity. They’re going to develop futures markets, options markets, I even think you’re going to start to see interest rate markets around bitcoin. We’re used to hearing things about Libor, the index for bitcoin interest rates is Bibor. You see dollar has lost the war against crypto currency and so what are the banks waiting for. Blockchain is the revolution

I think they will ruin it for the rest of us.

If a multinational investment bank and financial services company like Goldman Sachs enters the crypto game, the whole game will be changed. The financial institutions and banks are always against cryptocurrency because it takes power away from them. People don't have to take their services any more.

Blockchain and cryptocurrency will come to the mainstream sooner or later. Innovation and latest technology do not care who you are. If your business is not able to keep up with it, it will go out of business faster than you think.

If Goldman Sachs gets into it, many banks and financial institutions will reconsider and invest in cryptos as well. As a result, blockchain and cryptocurrency will come to the mainstream pretty fast.

It would be fun to watch what would mainstream media say about cryptos then!
