I really don't see how it makes sense if an ICO raises a lot more than its soft cap but still its tokens float way below ICO price. Even some ICOs that sell out have tokens trading on exchanges for a lot less than ICO price. If a project has raised a good amount more than its soft cap and the team believes in their project, then it should be expected that they would buy back cheap tokens and make easy profit in the future.

I feel investors need to demand teams that do they pass a certain percent of fund raising, they should dedicate money to a market maker fund. Blockshipping is doing this and that makes the project probably the first to give investors confidence that if the token price goes too low, the company will start buying them. Blockshipping is using blockchain and IoT to make it possible to track and record the condition of shipping containers in real-time. Blockshipping is making something that will have a lot of real-life value and so the team really believes in the success of their project. The team believes it is making something great and that if some one wants to sell cheap, that person can miss out by selling the token back to the company if token price gets too cheap.

Having a market maker fund shows that the company believes it's tokens will be valuable in the future and they are willing to buy them back if the price goes too low.
