DAV for Self-Driving Cars

A network for autonomous vehicles and people to interact on sounds like something Elon Musk would cook up, but it’s actually not. DAV Network (Decentralized Autonomous Vehicles Network), is creating a network for transportation services. What DAV is making is so huge that it encompasses every transportation service out there on land, sea, and air. And the name clearly shows that it can even support autonomous vehicles.

I think this network is going to be very important in the future of transportation. Self-driving cars have been in development work for a while now. The cars from science fiction movies are on their way to our world. DAV can play an important role in a world of self-driving cars.

I don’t know if companies like Uber or Google would directly partner with DAV to put their cars on the network, but once those self-driving cars are here, public transportation is going to be changed forever.

DAV & Public Transport

If I need a cab, I just pull out my phone and request a ride. A self-driving car comes over for me. DAV Network puts me on a network where I can connect to autonomous vehicles and the money I pay for the ride goes to the guy who owns the car.

This concept of public transport is very possible with DAV Network once the self-driving cars roll out. In fact, I even think that DAV could help the self-driving car industry get started. Think about it, most self-driving cars are going to be out of the pocket range that most of us can afford. But what if some wealthy people can instead get self-driving cars as an investment. DAV can make that possible. With DAV, some wealth people interested in a business in transportation could put those self-driving in the market as an autonomous fleet of cabs on the DAV Network and start earning money from day 1.

DAV has a lot of uses and what I like is that it will have an important role in working alongside some of the most-awaited technologies like self-driving cars.
