I love new gadgets and drones are perhaps the coolest thing now. As much as I want to have a drone, I don’t end up buying one because the goods ones, the ones that can go higher than my height, cost a ton. And aside from being fun to play around with, most people don’t really have much of a use for drones beside taking awesome aerial photos. Drones are a big achievement in technology so people should be able to use them for more than just toys to play around with. And I think DAV is about to make drones reach their proper status.

DAV is a decentralized network for autonomous vehicles. Autonomous vehicles can become part of the network and can then interact with other vehicles or people on the network. I think this is about to turn drones into a big investment opportunity.

I could buy a drone and then connect it to the network. After that, my drone can fulfill services for other people and I can make money for it. It could be something very simple like a small payment for my drone to go to a nearby coffee shop and deliver it to my neighbor. I could even offer my drone’s services to delivery companies. UPS could make a shipment to a neighborhood and instead of the driver having to go to every single house, my drone could handle the door to door delivery. This makes the situation a lot easier for the UPS driver since he only has to deliver the large amount of boxes to the neighborhood. Then my drone and maybe other people’s drone could handle the very time consuming single package deliveries to each house.

The usage of the drone does not have to be limited to transportation. Like I said earlier, drones make it possible to take awesome aerial photos. I could offer my drone on DAV’s network to someone who temporarily needs a drone to take some aerial photos.

DAV can change the economy of drone purchasing. I could buy a drone and offer its services on the DAV Network to recoup the cost of my drone or maybe even make more money than the drone cost. And then at the end of the day, I still have my own drone to do whatever I want with it.

For those who have no interest in drones but just want to invest, they could offer the drone full-time on the DAV Network and have a great investment return from the payments made for the drone’s services.
