Finally someone is standing up to the big bully!

The SEC has been a major bully to the crypto industry.

They have come after a number of firms and projects without putting in place any sort of clarity on what is ok and what is not.

They rejected Grayscale's Bitcoin ETF application yesterday and now Grayscale has sued them back:
