Cryptomom Is Still Pushing For A BTC ETF
One of the 4 SEC commissioners Hester Pierce, who is known by the name cryptomom for her pro stance on bitcoin etf, is still supporting the ETF. In a speech she gave recently she talked about the importance of not over-regulating crypto and how it should be left more to the investors if they choose to invest in bitcoin. The topic was about innovation and how regulation can hamper that and Pierce seems to be pushing for innovation.
With one of the members supporting an ETF and a second saying it will happen eventually it is looking like an ETF will be approved soon than later. I would guess this year personally but it is impossible to tell. The other question is how much effect will this have on the market. Will it be a small pump or will we see a massive bull run. Will be interesting to see.

Let's be honest- it'll get pushed back like 5 more times
I like her approach as she has always advocated to let investors decide for themselves while still trying to setup frameworks of regulation to protect investors from clear threats of fraud but not by restriction.
