Hertz at $0.86 (Trough) will hit $1.14 on 25th July 2018 (Peak)
Hertz is an algorithm based asset (market pegged asset) issued on the BTS DEX which is pegged to 1 USD & modified by a sine wave to oscillate the feed price 14% predictably forever (between $0.86 and $1.14). Hz tokens have at least 175% Bitshares in backing collateral to secure their settlement value, and at any point a Hertz asset holder can request a settlement of Hz back into BTS.

It's a certainty that the future price feed value will be $1.14 on that date, given the publicly available price feed script - you could easily generate the next 100 years of price feed values for Hz.
Concept is very good but It this really hit $1.14 on 25 July?
