Editing In Real Time With Blender EEVEE
One of the new thing Blender 2.8 offers is the brand new rendering engine EEVEE. It allows you to see things in real time and if needed to make changes in them.
This is very handy. Since there is no need to switch between object mode and render mode, waiting the scene to clear out and see how it would look like.
The preview is there, and you can make changes while watching it.
This is something worth playing with 😊
Here some of the simple stuff I played with, presented with gifs.
Looking at your model from different angles
Editing the model with proportional editing tool while in edit mode
And maybe most important thing adjusting the lighting
This is not cycles but EEVEE. It runs prety smooth if the scene is simple one. If not, it can crash badly. It is in development, use it with great responsability :)

Looks like an very usefull feature. I should give it a try. But how stable is the Blender 2.8 experimental build?
Blender 2.79 crashes far too often, so I'm afraid that this experimental build will make it even worse.
Before it was crushing a lot. In the last weeks it is more stable, but still crashes sometimes. So yo can use it for testing purpose, not a working enviroment. But give it a try I strongly recommend it :)
