COUNTINGHOUSE SWOT (BUSINESS) ANALYSIS

As I earlier pointed out in my first post what CountingHouse fund is all about, today I want to look at their business analysis. This will help us look at the key major strengths, weakness, opportunity, and threat in CountingHouse fund.

STRENGTH

The strength of any company is on their competitive advantage over their competitors. This includes questions like: what exactly are they doing differently? how do they achieve the set results which speak for them? how do they see the market? and so many others. Answers to these questions distinguish one company from the other despite the fact that the two companies might be offering the same product. CountingHouse fund’s strength lies mostly on its tested and trusted Algorithm and mathematical risk management strategy which they have applied over the years in the foreign exchange market and it yielded profitable results to investors. Also, another major strength worth noticing is the experience of the team. This people not only have experience in the foreign exchange market, but they also have an experience of what the cryptocurrency market looks like as they have been in the crypto space for some time now and have also applied their strategy and it yielded 600% profit. These alone singles them out from every other competitor out there as their strategy has visible results already and not just in words alone.

WEAKNESS
It’s major weakness, lies on their centralized nature of operation. With the cryptocurrency market today proving almost impossible for noobs and most times the knowledgeable ones to make a profit, there is an inherent need and burning quest to find a substitute to this and stay profitable. The CountingHouse fund has this moment to prove to everyone out there that they can make a profit and stay profitable in cryptocurrency whether they have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency market or they are just new to it. This is their chance to revolutionize the crypto space.

THREAT
I want to look at this from two angles:
Its present threat, and Its future threat.
The cryptocurrency market is still in its infancy, but there are some key major players in the space. Now we have those called Whales, Pump and Dump groups and so on. These are the market makers. They manipulate the market price either up or down solely to their own advantage as they feed on the investment funds of the non-experienced traders. With CountingHouse trying to abate this situation, these two group will try to stand against the success story of CountyHouse thereby posing as a threat to the hedge fund’s success.

CountingHouse, being the first hedge fund in the cryptocurrency space will attract more competitors in time to come. If others see how successful the hedge fund has become, they will try to launch their own products which might be better than the CountingHouse own thereby slowing CountingHouse success down.

In conclusion:
CountingHouse has a more competitive advantage to stay above every threat and weakness which might come its way. With this in mind, investing in CountingHouse fund is a worthy investment which will pay off at its due time.
