Alto.io will add support for Hedera Hashgraph
SINGAPORE, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alto.io (https://alto.io) announced that it will add support for the Hedera Hashgraph public distributed ledger platform for its blockchain game platform launching later this year.
Alto's software suite includes the Alto Forge, a tool that enables developers to mint non-fungible, fully tradable cryptoitems and integrate them into their games.
Alto’s mission is to enable a self-sustaining ecosystem built around an item-first business model that is fair and mutually beneficial for developers and players alike.
Our solution is a decentralized platform with a suite of tools that enable game developers, users, and content creators to participate in this ecosystem by minting, using, and selling interoperable cryptoitems on the blockchain.
So what does this mean?
Simple.
It represents the beginning of progress; meaning, it's just one step closer to a more equitable game developer and non-sponsored player space.
Currently, this space is opaque, possesses multiple barriers for entry, and is quite prone to manipulation via dodgy incentives and centralization.
Imagine this.
Gameplayer sweat shops in Asia and their convoluted token to fiat conversion schemes are prevalent in every major Asian city.
And any move toward fairness and transparency will require industrial strength decentralization...

Thanks for the info always good to keep up on project.
The only major problem ALTO had was being ERC-20. Glad to see Hashgraph getting more attention.
