CHECK & VOTE
Hunters then find vulnerability which is checked against existing Uncloak database
REJECT
Random validators check hunters and vulnerabilities and accept or decline vulnerability based on voting mechanism in blockchain
PAYMENT
If vulnerability is accepted, hunters and validators are rewarded with tokens and added to a personal wallet on the blockchain
