We are a network of companies, with one common goal: to embrace all sport participants and providers, and encourage people from all over the world to do more sports.

We all know that increasing the amount of physical activity is good for us. Not only do sports and physical activities stimulate and sustain our health, sports also enhance our performance skills and increase our well-being. However, too few of us practice sports and exercise regularly and consistently.

BEAT is a platform that promotes sports activities on the blockchain. More specifically, sports enthusiasts can earn tokens by doing sports exercises that can be tracked through devices or software. The recorded data will then be posted to the blockchain. This data owner may disclose or hide such data.

The public and verifiable data will be easier to get funding. The sponsorship award may be a BEAT token placed on a blockchain based on a smart contract or may be made outside if the sponsor and the data owner agree.

In addition, instead of using computer resources to mine, BEAT will be exploited by individuals who perform a variety of sports activities, monitored by certified technology. This helps to connect both the community and trusted third parties together, creating a sustainable BEAT ecosystem.

BEAT AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY
The BEAT Blockchain builds a bridge of trust between Data Providers and Data Consumers as well as between trusted third parties (TTP). It enables the user to control his personal data and allows to share it with sports sponsors, talent scouts, doctors, insurance companies and many more to unlock the vast potential hidden in his health and fitness data.

The BEAT Blockchain will enable the user to store his verified sports health and activity data anonymously and encrypted in the Blockchain. Only the user will have truly comprehensive access to his data. The user can autonomously decide if he wants to become a Data Provider by sharing specific data based on a contractual agreement with future Data Consumers. The Data Consumer only gets access to the data as agreed in the contract and for the sole purpose defined in the contract. The Data Consumers will appreciate such ease of access to verified and unchangeable data.
This concept will require “trusted third parties” (TTP) like management software for various health and sports providers, apps, smartwatches, fitness trackers, digitally enabled equipment, gyms, clinics, physicians, trainers, etc., tracking, verifying and storing the health and activity data of the user in the BEAT Blockchain. This verifying and storing will require extensions and modifications to those systems already existing, enabling the owner of the data, i.e. the user, to store his data safely in the BEAT Blockchain under his control.

The BEAT Tokens are generated by the Ethereum Smart Contract ERC20 (the “Smart Contract”). The Smart Contract is set-up by MySports. The number of BEAT Tokens is capped at 5 billion.

The tokens will be generated and distributed as follows:

Up to 3.5 billion (70%) BEAT Tokens may be sold in the ITS from January 23rd to May 15th 2018. The proceeds are going to MySports.
All unsold BEAT Tokens will be burned after the end of the ITS and might lead to atotal supply less than 5 billion BEAT Tokens.

Up to 485 million (9.7%) BEAT Tokens may be used by MySports for bounty, bonus, marketing and referral programs before and during the ITS.
All BEAT Tokens not sold remain with MySports and can be used for further business development after the end of the ITS.

215 million (4.3%) BEAT Tokens are transferred to founders of MySports and team members after a lock-up period of 2 years.

800 million (16%) BEAT Tokens remain with MySports for business development perspectives to support future additions to the whole ecosystem. Some part of these BEAT Tokens will be used for the first real world use case of BEAT for sponsoring sportspersons.
