Luxembourg is clear with Crypto from 2014

In April 2014, the Commission for the Supervision of the Financial Sector issued a statement in which it equated the crypto-currencies to ordinary currencies. Accordingly, the authorities provide an opportunity for both individuals and legal entities to use crypto-currencies for mutual settlements or other transactions. As for the work of crypto currency exchanger’s or exchanges, the latter should receive special permits from government agencies to provide financial services.
