War it's always the same

On the 1st of September 1939 Germany started World War II by attacking Poland. For the next six years suffering and death dominated everyday life.

In 1944, the Allies began to conquer Europe back.
The spring of 1945 is marked by bloody street fighting in the street canyons of Berlin and the other big cities. The German Wehrmacht officers arm youths to keep the positions.

On April 30, 1945, the Führer and Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler evaded his responsibility by suicide. Before that, he transferred the command of the Wehrmacht to Groß Admiral Karl Doenitz.
The defenders of Berlin capitulated on May 02.

On behalf of Donitz, Colonel General Alfred Jodl, responsible for the conduct of the war from Norway to North Africa, led the surrender negotiations at the American headquarters in Reims.

Colonel General Jodl signed on 7 May 1945 in Reims at the headquarters of General Dwight D. Eisenhower, Commander in Chief of the Allied forces in Europe, the unconditional surrender of the German Reich. On 8 May 1945, this came into force and officially the Second World War ended.

The second World War was won, but the war in the Pacific between Japan and the United States goes on until September 2, 1945.
Unfortunately, human atrocities occurred again when the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima on August 6 and Nagasaki on August 9, 1945.
The atomic bomb blasts killed a total of about 100,000 people immediately - almost exclusively civilians and forced laborers abducted by the Japanese army. Consequential damages died by the end of 1945, another 130,000 people. In the next few years, many were added.

More than 60 million people died, more than six million Jews were murdered. Thousands of Sinti and Roma, people with disabilities, political dissidents and homosexuals were persecuted and killed. 17 million people were missing. Large parts of Europe were destroyed.

Unfortunately, humanity does not seem to be learning from their mistakes, and wars are occurring all over the world.

Be it in Syria, be it the IS, Turkey, which attacks the Kurds or warlords in Africa. Currently News: Iran threatens the US and Trump seems more the ready to press the red button
