Tonight's dinner : Grilled ISAW and Chicken Feet

Isaw is a popular street food here in the Philippines. It is made from pork or chicken intestines. This is cleaned thoroughly inside and out before it is marinated and then grilled on sticks.

Chicken feet is also popular here especially for "pulutan". It can be cooked in different ways, you can have it grilled; Adobo style with sauce or you can have it dip fried coated with egg and flour.
