Hi steemians, it's me again @benotbuday,posting this kind of sea urchin that can be found here in our place specially in low tide. As we all know there are many sea urchin that can be found in the sea, and some of them are used as viand. In our place, there are some sea urchin that we used as viand.

As you can see above, those are the sea urchin that we used as viand, I don't know what are names of this sea urchin in other places, because as far as I know, some places have different terms or names to this sea urchins, but here in our place, the names of that sea uchins that you can see in the picture are
*dapaw-dapaw* green like color, *paja-paja* color orange, and *suwaki* red and black color.
This are some sea urchin that we used as viand. When in low tide, many people here in our place went to the sea to find this sea urchin because this kind of sea urchin are delicious specially when paired with rice. This sea urchin gives a big help to us here specially if you dont have money to buy viand, you just go to the sea and find this kind of sea urchin then

This is what it looks like if you sliced the sea urchin, Yummy isn't it? Because before you can eat the sea urchin it should be sliced first because only inside the sea urchin are can be used as viand.

How are the sea urchins prepared as viands? Paanong luto niyan?

pwd syang pakuloan pwd rin buksan agad.. mas masarap kasi pag hindi siya lulutuin.

As in kilawin? Nakita ko ang mga ito sa baywalk sa Puerto Prinsesa pero di namin nasubukan. Dapat pala sinubukan namin noon. Anong timpla niya pag kilawin?
