Have you heard the sound of silence? I have. It was during one of my recent rides, we had gone into the woods. The sound of silence can be quite deafening in its own mute way. When you really concentrate, it passes through your ear drums, jingles through the brain and goes out the other way, kind of clears your mind. These moments of clarity have become a bit rare don’t you think, in this engaging life that we lead. It is in these moments that we truly have the time for reflections, a little introspection and appreciation. How often do we say thank you? “Thank you for existing, thank you for being a part of this universe, thank you for saying the words that make my day and thank you for the effort that you put in.” How often do you tell someone you love them? Anyone? Your parents? Your brother? Your friend? Your crush? We often take our silent supports for granted, that’s not ok. Everyone needs to hear and know how much they are loved, how much their presence matters, every day. So let’s not wait for the sound of silence to remind us, let just make it our way of life.

Very true! It's good to unplug and get out in nature. No one should take someones Love for granted. Especially today for me, i am blessed to be celebrating 37 years with my best friend!!! :)
