They run away, rhythmically moving in the air. They are just petals flying off the thin stem of a rose. I wonder then if I should speak to them. Should I approach them? Petals of the north, petals of the south. I walk toward them and ask to the air. "Is this the place where the petals go to dance?" and the wind speaks into my ears: it is.
An arrow pierces my heart. Deadly, lovely, lonely.
