Don't surf every wave.

It is quite common for humans to catch some very funny and unwarranted feelings because, like waves, we cannot stop them from coming but it is up to us to learn the art of picking the one we want to be identified with.
Man's inability to interpret the feeling they get makes it difficult for them to catch that which is needed. Many tendnti go with the flow at the expense of their carefully thought out plans for a better life.
One area where the constant riding with the feelings as they appear is in relationships. They fall he'd over heels with every feeling that comes breezing by only to end up in some sorts of hurt and pain which is totally uncalled for.
It kills.
Not all waves are good waves and even the best surfer knows when to step into a wave and when not to. So also wit life, there those feelings that kills and will continue to kill those who fail to take precautions.
Because it is a feeling doesn't mean it should be entertained. It may just be the one that comes forth to destroy you.
With surfing just as it is with life, "the first wave isn't always the best to give a surfer the best experience."
Don't go acting based on every feeling you feel. They are multiple and that means, there isn't chance for you to pick or dump the ones you want.
Learn to choose from numerous feelings that comes gushing at you and you will be able to get the best experience surfing the wave.
One of our steemit friends @surfermarly who happened to be a real life professional surfer 🏄♀️ said something about the times to avoid surfing, she even told me that she doesn’t surf because of the type of waves 🌊 around!
Not all that’s acceptable yesterday should be acceptable today, life is best by accurate discernment!

Not all waves should be ridden and it's a good thing a real life surfer shared her thoughts with you. Apply the same principle with life and you won't be stumbling on feelings because they came calling.
