Some time ago I read a book recommended to me by a friend who works in anway (sale of products) is something herbalife style, those who always try to convince you to buy something you might not need. The truth is that she told me that this book had been key in her performance and when she told me the title, it caught my attention, today I'll mention some of the points it deals with and I think they could be good advice if you adapt them to your way of being and you are genuine.


Techniques for dealing with others

1- DO NOT CRITICIZE, CONDEMN OR COMPLAIN

It is not good and only creates resentment, it is better to try to understand why they do it, ask and say why it is not right.

It is much simpler to change ourselves than to change others.

2- SHOW HONEST AND SINCERE APPRECIATION

The only way for someone to do something is by making them want to do it, everyone likes a compliment and the desire to be important, if you want someone to do something you just have to give them an incentive, people like to keep the good image. They like to be appreciated and given affection to appreciate the things they do. You have to find positive things in every negative thing.

All men are superior to us in some sense in that sense we learn from him.

3-AWAKEN IN OTHERS A VEHEMENT DESIRE

The only way to influence others is to know what they want and help them achieve it, the action arises from the desires so we must awaken the desire in others, people are driven more by what they can lose than by what they can gain, to persuade someone ask yourself, how can I make them want to do it? Success is based on appreciating things from the point of view of others.

BE A GOOD LISTENER ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO TALK ABOUT THEMSELVES

Few get rid of the implicit adulation that there is in the absorbed listener, people are always more interested in themselves.

MAKE THE PERSON FEEL IMPORTANT AND DO IT SINCERELY

If we are selfish and can not give a compliment and radiate some happiness we will go to deserved failure, use phrases like please and thank you give a touch to daily life. All men feel superior to you in some sense you have to make them understand subtly that you recognize them sincerely.
