Speak up
You need to say what's on your mind for others to feel it, each time you keep muted about what you ought to say, you shurt off the door of help against yourself. A close mouth they say is a close destiny. Many people have died of frustration and loneliness just because they find it difficult to express themselves.
I'm not saying you should just say anything to anybody, but you need to learn how to communicate with others especially when you are passing through difficult times that are making you to think wrongly. Not all would listen to you, but the few who would listen to you might just give you the missing piece in your situation.
Are you passing through something you need to discuss with someone, take the step and look for a reliable someone to speak up with, that might bring the solution......
