Which oil is comfortable ?

So friends you heard that quote "You eat , you get" It is very small quotes written by Emraan parody And it is very true.

First we need to taking care of our food and other thing is we need to use that oil in cooking which is comfortable for us. You know what i mean ?

If you eat the oil of cotton then it is medium fat for you and if you eat the oil of groundnut then it is fatty for you.

but if you eat the oil of corn then it is comfortable for everyone because it is low cholesterol and fat so i recommend it for those who are the patients of heart atack and blood pressure..
