Opera Reborn 3 Is Here With Some Interesting Features

in #blog5 years ago

Opera is back with something new for cryptocurrency enthusiasts as the upgraded version of their browser features wallet support for cryptocurrencies across all operating systems. Previously it was limited to it's browsers on Android and Windows browsers last year but now everyone can use it.

There's another cool thing which I like which was recently added is the free VPN which is easily activated and doesn't keep logs of your online activity-unlike some other VPNs in the market. Two features which are bound to make many users very happy to use the latest edition 'Opera Reborn 3' or 'Opera 60.'

According to a previous release it defines Web 3 as an umbrella term for a group of technologies including blockchain and cryptocurrencies which will eventually pave the way for a greater decentralised web. Users can explore Web 3 by using the built-in search bar and enter the address of the Web 3 application to find it.

Web 3 is an answer to this. Web 3 is an umbrella term for a set of emerging technologies intersecting cryptocurrencies, blockchains and distributed systems that, together, extend the capabilities of the Web we all use today in important and meaningful ways.

Opera’s built-in VPN, ad blocking and Crypto Wallet make it the only modern browser to put you in complete control over your digital life, while also giving you a glimpse of the future of the Web. In the world we live in today, we feel this couldn’t be of more importance.

There are also design changes that improve the feel of using the browser. You can go with a light or a dark theme and both of them serves a detailed purpose now.

With the light theme, your entire browser, including the sidebar and tab area, is bright and clean. To us, this evokes a feeling of openness and optimism. We designed it to spark productivity and to lift your mood.

The dark theme signifies to us a certain elegance and focus. It turns the browser dark and subdued, almost mysterious. But on a practical note, it’s also soothing for the eyes.

Opera is the only browser today that features a built-in VPN. Even as they offered it a month ago they have worked on it and improved to be even faster. I'm excited to try this out. Generally third party extension based VPNs have their own issues and many are slow and log your internet activity even if you are a premium user paying for it to not do the same.

Opera's browser VPN is completely free and unlimited, as well as being a no-log service. Our VPN servers do not log or retain any activity data.

Opera has also made a short sci-fi story about the choices we make in our digital lives which you can view if you click this link here.

Overall I think the improvements are very good. The you can find the official download links here

I keep multiple browsers on my system. It mixes things up a bit more with tracking on the web. The only browser I don't have is IE, thankfully because it's not available on Linux. =)

I've had Opera around for years and have often used it for it's VPN feature.

With the crypto wallet feature, the Opera developers obviously see crypto as being here to stay as part of the internet.

thats gud .....it been long since i used opera mini browser.... thanks for sharing this interesting features ...

I must say I never used it, but I've already seen some people talking a lot about it... I guess I will be testing it because, for now, I´m only using Chrome for years now.

Looks like a Sci-fi game Browser. Loving Brave browser for no😆

It is time to Ditch the Google Chrome beccaue it treat its user as product, We have to support Crypto friendly browser like Brave and Opera. Google is not progressive, it got stuck somewhere in their model of business Adsense and Adword.
