Yes, the world is divided by us and as long as we do not do anything about that it will stay that way
No fare away from Monschau, at Vaals, you can have a look at the 3 country point you can see the border of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Times ago you could see there 4 borders the 3 from above plus Neutral Moresnet.
