Life is very simple, but we insist on making it complicated

That's right, gentlemen, as the title says, living life is simple, it does not have to be complicated. We just need to relax and master our mind.

Human beings are beings of many emotions, all the situations we face give us a different feeling and feeling. Many for not having such great importance for us we can solve them immediately and easily but others are totally the opposite, generate feelings so strong that we do not think clearly and act instinctively and sometimes we end up closed with the mind totally blocked and this prevents us from acting in the right way to resolve the situation, but why does this happen? and it is well we know that dominate our feelings is a task for nothing simple King Solomon used to say "Dominate yourself is greater heroism than conquer a city" but we end up acting instinctively and often do not analyze or think very well how to act or what to say.

I assure you that there is no need to complicate your life if you can keep relaxed all the time with a clear mind.

When somebody offends us in some way our first reaction is to answer him with an offense too, when it could be ignored, when we are in love we can even lose our heads for that person, when we feel sad we block ourselves and do not allow help from external entities to us. To great feelings great strength of will to be able to control them, being centered will make life much easier avoiding any type of complication and achieving the resolution of problems in a more serene and immediate way.

I invite you as an exercise to breathe deeply and exhale, do this three times in a row, if three times you are not relaxed do it three times more but it is very important that you relax your body and mind. They are essential for you and should always be in harmony and peace.

Self-control and change the focus you have on life, look at it beautiful, look at it beautiful, look at it easy, so you can leave behind your complications and you will live quiet finally.
