The principle about life is very straight forward and simple. And it emphasizes the fact that you can only give what you have, (translated to Latin - ”nemo dat quod non habet") you can only reap from what and where you sow.
Significantly, the Golden rule expressly state that “you should treat others how you would like to be treated”. Thus, the synergy between these two existing rules are as follows; they both apply to an ordinary human & their behavioural pattern, also the grand application is that human should be able to co-exist with each other while having it at the back of their minds that there are consequences for their action and inactions.
Unfortunately, so many people (the writer inclusive) are guilty of these rules/principles in different ways. You cannot expect people to treat you like a kinght or empress when you regard them as a slave in their own empire. Some people are too found of themselves to the extent that they forget about their surroundings and act as if they are the Lord over others. The only jackpot to get someone interested in you is when you are geniunely interested in them and consider what they would offer if you were the one standing in their position right now. Interestingly, if you are nonchalant about the way you treat others and think that it does not matter. Nemesis is right behind you, watch out because karma is about coming for you.
