Sleep disorders are almost always caused by too much stress. That's why I'm referring to the stress reduction. I speak from my own experience and what my doctors have advised me.
You should take care of more relaxation. I know this is easier said than done. But you have no choice but to find a way to have less stress.
My tip would be yoga exercises and autogenous training. Then try to actively release the stress. You will understand that nothing has the right to take your beautiful moments in life. You are the rulers of your life and your word counts. I always run meditation music to bring body and mind back into harmony.
Often I also take a warm bath with lavender, hay flower or other relaxing oils. And often I go back to my grandma's insider tip, a hot glass of milk with honey.

The most important thing is that you learn to deal with your stress. Everyone has the opportunity to change their fears, depression or stress. Everyone can defeat it. You just have to learn to believe it and you need to find a suitable method.
I promise you that it will go away if you really want it. I made it, too.

Studies show improved sleep when you get 20 minutes/day of direct contact with the earth. You have some beautiful landscape photos in this post. Why not walk barefoot along the beach or lay on the ground and soak in the earth’s energy?

I liked surfing your blog, especially because I suffer from insomnia and it is very interesting what you write, the spectacular photographs, actually relax, I will follow your advice, although with the crisis we are living in Venezuela, it is difficult to sleep peacefully. thanks for sharing @monkeydnima

its a great problem for me... i alwayes try... but i cant... i try many process but it didnt work...

trust me, you have the power to stop that. you have to find your motivation and will in your inner world. you can also go to a doctor like me. that gives you a feeling not to be alone. but it will go away my friend if you really want it.

Other Great Sleep Tips:

  1. Room needs to be as dark as possible!
  2. Try Melatonin ... this Natural Hormone promotes Sleep and is a POWERFUL anti-oxidant! (no more than 5mg)
  3. Sit in a chair with your eyes closed .. and try to slow down your thoughts for at least 3 minutes right before going to bed.
  4. A short 5 minute walk before bed can make a BIG Difference.
  5. Try GABA (you can get it at amazon cheap) just a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon can do GREAT things for sleep ... take 22-30 minutes before bed

Das mit der Schlafstörungen ist echt nicht schön. Hab auch oft Probleme, aber bei mir liegt es an der Schichtarbeit. Hoffe dir gehts weiterhin gut. Die Bilder sind klasse dafür und strahlen Kraft und Ruhe aus!
