Be sure to buy organically grown lemons. Because I recommend to eat the skin too. There is a lot more vitamin c in the skin of the lemon. Furthermore, lemons help to burn your fat as they accelerate the metabolism.
Wash the lemons thoroughly. Then put it in the freezer. Every day hackle a lemon with the skin.
You can use the hackled lemon as a spice or drink directly with water.
Do it every day for a month and you'll see how your immune system will improve.
Many people eat not enough vitamin C.

Thanks for the recipe, the lemon is loaded with vitamin C, I only do it in lemonade but as each day you learn something new I will put into practice your recipe

Plenty of use cases for lemon. Actually this is something i have been doing for a long time. Dash of lemom juice + 1 tsp honey in lukewarm water in the morning. Helps me avoid caffeine in the morning and really good for digestion. I have also started adding less salt to food and squeeze lemon on the food instead.
