The ecosystem within.....

in #blog5 years ago

Our well being depends greatly on our gut and its microbiome.
Think about it we have this whole ecosystem inside of us, and it is affected by everything we put in our mouths, and even the air that we breathe.

It affects our immune system, smells, mood and more. The soil also has a microbiome and a common bacteria found in this is Mycobacterium vaccae. Many tests on this common bacteria show improved immune systems, a significant brain boost and elevated mood.

You can even benefit from a bit of soil on your fresh vegetables.

Increasing evidence shows that our immune system and brain are intimately connected. The prevalence of depression and anxiety is rising, so could our clean veg and indoor lifestyles be contributing?

Go outside.
get your hands dirty.
eat fresh food.
Eat living foods like yogurt, kombucha, sauerkraut

i don't know why people enjoy eating fast foods. You know, yogurt, kombucha, sauerkraut are life giving

I think the reason we get ill so easily is that our lifestyles are so clean compared to our parents and grandparents.

"Our well being depends greatly on our gut and its microbiome." Very true!
