Raining the whole day

Today I've been listening to the rain for quite a while and now I'm worried after seen some villages and small towns getting flooded in the far south of the country.

Even in my backyard I can see how much water has been poured and now after almost 8 hours it has no where to go, land can just use certain amount of water and the rest has to go somewhere that's when the problem starts for most of the houses near rivers and creeks.
