Palma de Mallorca Spain: Casual Walk after Brunch

Taking in some of the beautiful scenery on the island of Mallorca. We're in the region for a business event (at least I am), my wife told me that she's going the next time I get to take a fabulous trip. This is an extremely peaceful place--you really feel relaxation setting in soon after your stay begins.

We were amazed at how we'd arrive for brunch, finish our meal, and no one was rushing to free up the table for additional customers. It is as if you could sit there for as long as you like--felt like we could have stayed in the same spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The people staffing the establishment were so kind and welcoming--a few times even giving us samples of the desserts that they were preparing for the lunch shift.

Experiences like these often make me wonder if we're doing something incorrectly here in the United States...
