Return of winter

Just when the dense snow has finally begun to melt down for real, we get a return of winter. A week ago we have +10 °C, but the last few days have been back to around freezing temperature, and a lot of snow. I was really beginning to think that we would actually get a very early spring this year, but I guess we're going to be getting it next month as usual.

I'm always beginning to get super tired of winter by February and March each year, so I'm very excited to see the snow melt away, and the first plants begin to pop up from the ground again. Finding the first flowering plant of the year is such an awesome feeling after months and months of snow!

But I guess I have to wait a little bit longer this year as well. At least we're getting closer to warmer weather by the day.

I suppose this was a weird little post, but I'm trying to get back to the habit of blogging on the Steem blockchain again, so this will have to do while I'm working on writing some bigger, more interesting posts.
