The funny thing about writing is that it is allowed to be about everything. Yes ofcourse, if you are a blogger who always has their niche covering crypto or the daily stock market, it would be kind of weird that all of a sudden a puppy comes dropping in. On the other hand, people like seeing the background behind a person, they can see then what makes this person going, or from what kind perspective they are thinking.
When writing about life this is a different ballgame, and I would say a way easier ballgame!
Because actually in your life, how many stuff do you actually run into what is worth mentioning. You can say that if you work a 40 hour job per week this gets reduced a lot compared to being a travel blogger, and yes this absolutely might be true. But the reality is, everything around you what makes you wonder CAN be a reason to write about. When that fits you as a writer, that is ofcourse.
This is a location at the Vierwaldstättersee in Luzern Switzerland where I sit a lot with a coffee to think a bit about life and everything what it happening in there. Sometimes people around me will be the topic of a writing that I think about of at this location, or something that I see happening. Often while enjoying my coffee I am scrolling of the internet for the stuff that I like to read, and also that brings inspiration. The fact is, when you allow your brain to take of for a moment, a lot of stuff comes to mind.
Some people will call these rambles shitposts, and yes....they are shitposts when you compare it from an informative way of writing, if you see what kind of magazine worthy articles some people are capable of producing.
But the thing is, that style is not MY style.
And that is exactly where the difference is, I write about what I like and what I see. Some people value it, and others don't. And that is okay. Press the vote/share button if you like, and if you don't... just leave it be!

I'm with you on that one! You've gotta be you! Sure, we'd like to have a large audience that actively appreciates our offerings, but bottom line, if we're not writing for our own satisfaction, its just an exercise to drudge through. Keep bringing it!
