Lesson 1 : Make people feel important

Talk about what the accomplished, never argue about it or criticize

Lesson 2 : Smile a lot

When you meet someone, start with a smile its free and it will work for you
Laugh about other people’s jokes
If necessary learn how humor works

Lesson 3 : Aim for a 30-70% distribution of talking

Talk about what they want to get and use your network to help them

Lesson 4 : Talk about subjects that the other person likes

When you notices a person is unfamiliar in the field or subject that you’re talking about, leave the topic.

Lesson 5 : Become a active listener

That means whatever subject is that people talking about, you can search for topics that are related to the subject.
From a neurologic perspective the brain talk about what it has in mind. When something is common they can easily respond to you again

Lesson 6 : Know people’s name

If you have trouble forgetting somebody’s name. Here we’ve a little bonus trick for you how you can always remember a name.
Take somebody’s name and relate is to an experience, object or meaning of the name.

Then the leadership and sales part of the book.

  • If somebody did something that you don’t like let them know indirectly 1 on on 1
  • Talk about a mistake you made in the past, before you’re pointing out what the person did wrong.
  • Use questions to give orders.
  • Noticed that somebody improved on the thing they worked on
  • Name their ideal personality so they can live up to it.
  • Suggest to do things that make others feel happy
