the brain is one of the most important organs in life. and this brain is the most beautiful gift given by God to all humanity. therefore humans must take care of it so that brain function is always healthy. because many humans have limited brain function. even though there are no functional limits for the human brain. it was he who caused limited brain function which caused him to be in ignorance.
and for those of you who want to know how great the brain is, you have to do a brain speed test. do so by looking at a few names or pictures of fruit. for example there are 12 pictures of fruit in front of you. you see it with a duration of 10 seconds, then move the picture of the fruit, and repeat one by one the name of the fruit. if you are able to remember 8 pieces, then your brain is inside normal. you do this very fun.
and how to treat brain function, depending on your own lifestyle. such as regular exercise, not sleeping late, avoid consuming foods that contain bad cholesterol. do not consume foods that contain high sugar because this can cause damage to blood vessels in the brain, and one of the most dangerous is not smoking.
you really have to look after and take care of the brain. because the brain organ determines your destiny in life.
